I'm thrilled to be speaking at this year's 3PUK Conference in London. This will be my eigth year being involved. I've been honoured to be able to put forward many of my mentee's to share their story at the conference and even take the centre stage!
This year, I'm speaking alongside a truly inspirational (and funny) woman who has shared this transformational understanding with thousands of people, from prisoners to CEOs of multibillion-dollar corporations.
We're going to discuss what it really means to become comfortable with the uncomfortalbe, including the bloopers and mistakes we've made along the way.
For many years this conference has been the biggest 3 Principle gathering globally.

September 12 - 15 in Leicester: I'm co-hosting an intimate Writers Retreat in Leicestershire on the beautiful grounds of Launde Abbey. No experience is needed, just a desire to find your voice (2 places left).
October 7-8: in Florida: I'll be delivering a two-day workshop for people interested in the evidence-based Insight To Wellbeing curriculum. Followed by an inspirational conference on wellbeing and resilience 9-11. Entry to the conference is free if you buy the training on the curriculum :)
